Description

Professional soft ice cream machine. Make up to 13 l of soft ice cream, sorbet or frozen yogurt within 60 minutes.

Top tip: For an ideal creamy texture, serve each portion with 60 - 80 g of ice cream, and take a 10-second break between servings. We recommend powdered ingredients for this model.

- This machine is large and heavy and will require two people to move it.
- Operators must have an appropriate food hygiene certificate.
- For food hygiene reasons rigorous pre and post cleaning is required (instructions provided - takes around 30 minutes)
- As per our terms and conditions damage or poorly maintained or cleaned equipment on return may be charged.
